By creating an account, submitting an application, or participating in FairQuest, you agree to the following terms:

• You certify that all information you submit is accurate and complete.
• You understand that FairQuest reserves the right to accept, reject, or request edits to any submitted profiles or content.
• You agree to upload only images, text, and other content that you own or have permission to share publicly. By submitting media, you confirm that you have all necessary rights or consent from anyone featured in the content.
• You grant FairQuest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your submitted content within the app, website, and related promotional materials for as long as your account remains active.
• If any content was uploaded without authorization, you may request its removal by contacting fairquest2025@gmail.com.
• You understand that uploaded content is user-generated, and FairQuest is not responsible for verifying ownership or accuracy of media provided by users.
• Participation in FairQuest does not guarantee fair attendance, booth assignment, performance booking, or approval.
• You agree to maintain respectful, family-friendly communication within the platform.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their information remains current and accurate at all times.
• FairQuest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate or fraudulent conduct.
• By using FairQuest, you acknowledge that features, points, rewards, and app functionality may change over time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FairQuest is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the information on this site or within the app is accurate, complete, or current. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

FairQuest, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform or participation in any listed fair or event.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of FairQuest signifies your acceptance of any future changes. The current version is effective as of October 2025.
