Write the full name of your business, group, or act.
Example: “The Merry Minstrels”

📌 Step 2: Quick Bio

Write a short description (max 50 words) about you or your booth.
Example: “We are a traveling troupe of musicians bringing medieval songs to life at fairs across the country.”

📌 Step 3: Upload a Photo Link

Paste the direct link to a photo of your booth, product, or act.

📌 Step 4: Vendor or Performer Type

Describe your main category. Examples:

• 🧺 Vendor: Food, Jewelry, Clothing, Art
• 🎭 Performer: Musician, Magician, Juggler, Acrobat

📌 Step 5: Contact Name and Email

Use a real, working email address where we can contact you about your application.

📌 Step 6: Add Fairs You Will Attend

Click to search fairs and pick the dates you plan to attend.
Add as many fairs as needed!

📌 Step 7: Agree to Terms & Conditions

Before submitting, check the box to agree to FairQuest's terms and policies.

📌 Step 8: Review and Submit

After everything is filled, click the Review button.

Check your information, then click Submit!
