Terms & Agreement

Please read and agree to the following before submitting your request.

FairQuest Fair Organizer Agreement — Version 1.0

This agreement is between you ("Fair Organizer") and FairQuest ("we", "us", "our"). By checking the box below and submitting this form, you agree to the following terms.

1. Identity & Authorization

You confirm that you are an authorized representative of the fair you are claiming — meaning you are the owner, an officer, or someone with explicit permission from the owner to manage this fair's presence on FairQuest. Falsely claiming a fair you do not represent is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate removal of your account.

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information you provide — including your fair's name, location, dates, descriptions, contact details, and vendor application data — is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for keeping your fair's information up to date on FairQuest. FairQuest is not responsible for errors or omissions in information you provide.

3. Admin Rights & Team Access

As the claiming admin, you will have full control over your fair's listing on FairQuest. You may add managers and staff members, and you are responsible for their actions on the platform. You should not share your login credentials with anyone. If you add someone to your team, you are confirming they are authorized to act on behalf of your fair.

4. Vendor & Performer Data

Any vendor or performer data collected through FairQuest — including applications, contact information, and contracts — belongs to your fair. FairQuest does not share this data with other fairs, third parties, or advertisers. You agree to handle all vendor and performer data lawfully and in good faith. You must not use data collected through FairQuest for any purpose outside of managing your fair.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FairQuest only for legitimate fair management purposes. You will not use the platform to mislead, deceive, or defraud vendors, performers, or attendees. You will not use FairQuest to spam, collect data for unauthorized purposes, or interfere with the platform's operation.

6. FairQuest's Rights

FairQuest reserves the right to suspend, remove, or modify any fair listing at any time if we determine that the listing violates these terms, contains inaccurate information, or is being used in a way that harms vendors, performers, attendees, or the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, but are not obligated to do so in cases of serious violations.

7. No Guarantee of Service

FairQuest is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for any loss of data, missed applications, or damages resulting from downtime, technical issues, or changes to the platform. You are responsible for maintaining your own records of vendor and performer information.

8. Changes to These Terms

FairQuest may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email when significant changes are made. Continued use of FairQuest after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Any disputes arising from your use of FairQuest will be handled in the courts of Iowa.
